Wolf Henning Ettel has been a management consultant since 1989, including more than 25 years advising and helping renowned companies in the Travel, Transport & Logistics, Utilities, Construction and Optical Industries to manage and master their business challenges. He works with executives on the corporate management level, helping his clients to sharpen strategies, develop sustainable business concepts and navigate the successful implementation of these. As a sparring partner and coach, he supports senior executives in identifying risks and problems, developing solutions to mitigate or eliminate them and advising those responsible managing the implementation journey.

Whether in the execution of digital transformation projects, the development of IT strategies, the management of project portfolios, the development of suitable IT organizations, the digitalization of business processes, the planning and support of outsourcing and carve-out projects or the control of tendering processes, his personal experience as the responsible leader during his consulting career is especially valuable for his client executives.

Wolf Ettel leverages his experience and expertise gained from over 15 years with one of the globally leading management and consulting companies, where he was the partner globally responsible for a specific industry segment (rail) with several hundreds of professionals and several hundred million dollars in sales and revenues. During his professional career, he has been responsible as a leader both in the very large – as a partner and a senior executive with one of the largest consulting companies in the world – as well as in the small – as a businessman owning his senior management consulting business. The same applies to his client project experience, which ranges from a very large business transformation program running for several years and with more than 700 team members, to small and focused advisory projects lasting a few weeks.



Wolf Henning Ettel holds a degree in mechanical engineering and business management from the Technical University Darmstadt. He lives with his family in the Frankfurt metropolitan area.
